THE HANDOVER OF LAND USE RIGHT CERTIFICATES FOR INVESTORS IN CHAU DUC URBAN INDUSTRIAL PARK & GOLF COURSE

With the motto of accompanying clients during the investment period in Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park & Golf Course, Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (SZC) always supports clients from investment procedures, business registration to registration of land use right and other related procedures.

As of June 2019, SZC supported 44 investors to complete investment registration and business registration procedures, of which, 17 investors were granted the Land Use Right Certificate with a total of about 100.77 ha. SZC has also handed over the Land Use Right Certificate to the investors, typically: Viet Nam Shoe Majesty Co., Ltd, Fullxin Company Limited (Vietnam), Chau Duc Water Supply Shareholding Company, Viet Nam-Korea Petroleum Industrial Gas Joint Stock Company, Zirtec Co., Ltd., etc.

In the future, SZC will continue to coordinate with investors to strictly comply with the commitments between the Parties.
