On December 8th, 2007, IDICO with other shareholding founders such as Phu My water supply shareholding company, Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company, BR_VT house developing company and Tan Bach Viet house renting Co., ltd together have organized the meeting of shareholders for the year 2009.
At the meeting, most shareholders have agreed and voted for the company charter and business plan. The meeting has elected board of management, board of control and appointed the first Director.
