Chau Duc Urban and Industrial Park - destination for investors

Sonadezi Corporation has a history of 18 years in developing and operating Industrial Real Estate since 1990s. Sonadezi has successfully invested in 10 industrial zones in Dong Nai Province. Realizing the potential ability of Chau Duc District of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province is not favorable for agricultural cultivation but it is appropriate for developing a national stature industrial and urban zone, Sonadezi has raised this matter to the Leaders of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province to request for an investment to this area.

The strategy of Sonadezi Corporation about the Chau Duc Industrial and Urban Zone is to create a new and modern business and manufacture environment, combining with a long-term-vision convenient living space. Model of the proposed Chau Duc Industrial and Urban Zone will be a comprehensive connection between:

o 1,550 hectares industrial zone with comprehensive and fully worked-out technical infrastructure;
o Urban area with green, clean and active living space;
o Amusement park with modern and interesting types of services;
o International criteria 36-hole golf course; and
o Nui Nghe tourism area with harmonious convalescence and ecological environment, embellishing natural beauty.

Upon the principal approval of the Leaders of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Sonadezi Corporation has carried out necessary stages to apply for supplementing Chau Duc Industrial And Urban Zone to the list of priority development industrial zones of Vietnam until the year of 2020 and Sonadezi was approved by the Prime Minister to be the investor of this project since July 2007. After 01 year of implementing preparation stages for the project in accordance with the laws, our Company is so glad to receive the investment certificate from the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province on February 3rd, 2009.

With our decisive with 20-years of experience in investing in industrial zones, with financial ability, with all current relationships with potential clients, and with the supports of the Leaders of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, relevant State Departments of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province and especially in Chau Duc and Tan Thanh District where the project is deployed, Sonadezi commits that Chau Duc Industrial And Urban Zone shall be established and developed soon.
Upon the commencement of operation, this project will be a complex of many component projects in order to create a rotational space between living, working, relaxing and amusing for the purpose of increasing the value of life, environment and scenery of the area. The scheme of the project is not only for the aforementioned purposes but also for the connection of contiguous projects to the approved entire scheme of the area in order to ameliorate and improve socioeconomic conditions of Chau Duc District in particular and of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province in general.
